Using the site

These terms apply when you use uilix.co. By browsing the site or downloading a template, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Please use the site fairly — don’t try to break, overload or copy the site itself.

Templates and licenses

Each template’s license and price are shown on its own page and on the License page. That license decides what you can do with the template.

Free templates are released under CC BY 4.0: you can use and adapt them, including commercially and for client work, as long as you credit GRW Lab.

Paid templates can be used on unlimited websites, for yourself or for your clients. The template itself may not be resold, redistributed or shared — as a template, kit or marketplace item.

Intellectual property

The uilix website, the uilix name and logo, and the site’s content — text, images and design — belong to GRW Lab.

Templates — free or paid — are licensed to you, not sold outright: you get the rights in the template’s license, and GRW Lab keeps the copyright.

Purchases and payments

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) on each template’s page.

Purchases are handled by Polar (polar.sh), our Merchant of Record and the seller of record for every order. Polar calculates and collects any sales tax or VAT at checkout, and card payments are processed by Stripe.

Payments are one-time — there are no subscriptions and no recurring charges.

Polar delivers your files right after payment, by email and in its customer portal, where you’ll also find your receipt and invoice.

Every template includes all future updates, for life, at no extra cost.

Your purchase gives you the paid-template license described under Templates and licenses.

Refunds. Because templates are digital files, there are no refunds for change of mind once the files are downloaded. If a template is broken or not as described and we can’t fix it, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

No warranty

The site and the templates are provided “as is”. We work to keep them accurate and useful, but we don’t promise that they are free of errors, fit for a particular purpose or always available.

Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, GRW Lab is not liable for indirect or consequential loss — such as lost profit, data or business — arising from your use of the site or the templates.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

External links

The site links to services we don’t run, such as the Figma Community and Framer. Their own terms apply when you use them, and we’re not responsible for their content or availability.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top. The version on this page is the one that applies.
