What uilix collects — very little — and why.

Who we are
uilix (uilix.co) is a website-template studio run by GRW Lab. This policy explains what personal data the site collects, why, and what you can do about it.
Questions about it go to hello@grwlab.net.
What we collect
As little as possible. uilix has no accounts and no contact form — the only form on the site itself is the newsletter sign-up. Paid templates are bought on Polar’s checkout (see Purchases).
Your email address, only if you subscribe to the newsletter. We don’t ask for your name or anything else.
Order details, only if you buy a paid template — what Polar shares with us is listed under Purchases.
Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical details when a page is requested: IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the referring page and the time. These logs keep the site secure and working.
Cookies
uilix does not set cookies. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts and no third-party embeds — the fonts, images and videos are served from our own site.
The site reads your device’s “reduce motion” setting to decide whether to animate. Nothing is stored on your device.
Polar’s checkout runs on polar.sh, under Polar’s own cookie and privacy policies.
How we use it
We use your email address only to send you news about new and updated uilix templates. We don’t sell it, rent it or share it for anyone else’s marketing.
Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to remove you at any time.
Server logs are used only to run, secure and troubleshoot the site.
Order details are used only to deliver and support your purchase.
Purchases
If you buy a paid template, the purchase is handled by Polar (polar.sh), our Merchant of Record, with card payments processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Polar shares the order details we need to deliver and support your purchase — your name, email, country, the product and the amount. Receipts, downloads and invoices are in Polar’s customer portal.
Who processes it
These service providers handle data for us, under their own privacy and security terms: a newsletter provider, which stores subscriber email addresses and sends our emails; a hosting provider, which serves the site and keeps the server logs; and Polar (polar.sh), our Merchant of Record, which handles purchases — with card payments processed by Stripe on Polar’s behalf.
Our newsletter provider is FluentCRM, self-hosted on our own server, which sends our emails through Brevo.
Our hosting provider is Hetzner (Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany).
How long we keep it
Your email address stays on the newsletter list until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. After that, we remove it from the list.
Server logs are kept by the hosting provider for a limited period under its own retention policy.
Order records are kept by Polar, and by us for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time, by emailing hello@grwlab.net, to:
- show you the personal data we hold about you;
- correct it;
- delete it;
- stop sending you emails — or use the unsubscribe link in any newsletter.
External links
uilix links to other sites — mainly the Figma Community and Framer, where the template files live. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we don’t control what they collect.
Template buttons (such as “Get it free” and “Remix in Framer”) go through stylr.dev, GRW Lab’s own link service, which records the click and that it came from uilix.co before taking you to Figma or Framer.
Children
uilix is made for designers, developers and businesses. It isn’t directed at children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their data. If you think a child has subscribed, email hello@grwlab.net and we’ll remove the address.
Changes to this policy
If the way the site handles data changes, we’ll update this page and the “Last updated” date at the top.
